Hi Ladies! We will gladly accept your return for store credit (valid for 3 months) or exchange within 10 business days. No cash refunds and no refunds on courier/shipping fees.

Returned Items must meet these requirements:

• Returned within 10 business days of receipt of receiving your order
• Item must be returned in its original form, unworn, free of stains and has no smells of perfume

Please note that Pretty in Pink has the right to reject exchange if the item looks worn, tags are removed, smells of perfume or has been worn in pictures.

Non-returnable items include:

Sale items, accessories, undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits

Shipping:

• Pretty in Pink will not be held responsible for collecting parcels at the post office/courier. We only accept door delivery to above mentioned address.
• We do not cover return courier costs under any circumstances, this is the full responsibility of the client.
