On the go Smoothies

I have been following Blogilates for a while now and her food and Pop Pilates exercises are just so inspiring and her energy just wakes up your soul.

 

You can subscribe to her YouTube for daily videos and subscribe on her Blog as well for your Monthly workout program.

Below I have put a video from her YouTube site to give you a good idea for delicious smoothies.

 

 

For a more simple option:

I love my banana and egg smoothie.

What will you need :

  • 1 banana or 2
  • 2 eggs
  • milk

 

What to do :

1.  Add the sliced banana and two raw eggs together with the milk and blend until smooth.

 

You can add peanut butter if you would like as well. 🙂
