Lettuce wrap

The Lettuce wrap is a different and delicious way to start your day. I guarantee you will not be hungry after eating this, it is so filling and very delicious, it does not leave you feeling bloated as you are cutting out the bread and replacing it with lettuce.

You are welcome to add a sauce of your choice but I skipped that.

What you will need:

  • 1 or 2 lettuce leaves
  • tomato
  • grated cheese
  • ham
  • 1 or 2 eggs

You have the option of boiling your eggs as well and just cutting it up in slices before adding it to your wrap.

I cooked my eggs in a little bit of coconut oil.

Step 1 :

After adding coconut oil to your hot pan break the eggs and start cooking.

Step 2:

While waiting for the eggs, grate your cheese and slice your tomato.

Step 3:

Add everything as you choose to the lettuce leaves.

I put the ham first, then tomato and cheese on top.

 

Step 4:

Add the egg.

 

Step 5:

You can wrap your lettuce or leave it open. I wrapped mine.

 

Now it is ready to eat!
